These courses are designed to provide instruction and resources regarding instructional media and technology for both students and staff.

This course will allow library staff to collaborate in an online community using a single access point for documents.  The online community course taken at UW-Stout will be used as an example of using different tools within a platform to share and learn from one another within a department (eLearning Portfolio (Google Site with Moodle Course Embedded).

Each school library will have a module (or section) to share data, notes, resources.  Previous school year information will be consolidated into an archive module.  This will assist in creating long-range planning, similar to the State of Wisconsin DPI goal through CESA in the State (DPI: Library Long-Range Plan Details).

The goal of this course is to create a space (both physical and virtual) where we can all learn from one another how designing a makerspace can look at individual schools within The School District of Greenfield connecting with the skills for 21st Century learning (G21).

The framework is designed to launch from Greenfield Middle School, with embedded professional learning in collaboration with instructional technology and staff and students throughout the year.

This course is designed for library staff and those interested in libraries.
